Every time Bartlet and Leo went into the Situation Room for an important meeting with the Chiefs, I always assumed it was in the basement, didn't you?
Did you ever watch the television show The West Wing? If so, did you ever see an episode where they went into the Sit Room? If so, did you immediately assume it was in the basement? I did, and I still do. This is an open question, so if anyone knows anything about the whereabouts of the Situation Room on the show The West Wing, let me know.
